The room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely amenities in the bathroom and a variety of conveniences like an iron, microwave, and fridge. the staff was friendly and accommodating, enhancing my stay with their pleasant demeanor. the hotel's location offers easy access to both the Ford Motor Company and downtown Chicago, making it an ideal spot for both business and leisure travelers. the indoor pool and fitness center provided extra relaxation options, while the overall atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I particularly enjoyed the serene village charm surrounding the hotel, making me feel right at home during my visit. With free Wi-Fi, a hot breakfast, and a range of recreational facilities, the Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Southland-Matteson truly goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.
